People are warned to be careful and to ride these ATVs in a proper area. Not to say it was his fault but should he really be riding an ATV where cars drive?? And shouldn't he have been 16 before he is riding an ATV by himself?? I have 2 kids and hope to soon get them and ATV or motorcycle and if I would catch them riding it where cars drive I would take it away from them till I feel they know better. And till they are at least 16 they will not be riding unsupervised.
